"Melodies" Spring 2010 celebrates the songs we sing as we hold our baby in our arms.  The Heirloom Dressmaker, purveyor of fine heirloom quality infant clothing, presents its Spring Collection of one of a kind, hand smocked dresses, each sewn to celebrate the individuality of one special baby who brings a song to your heart.     No two dresses are alike, and an original smocking design is created for each dress and used only once.  All dresses are stitched with loving care by one seamstress in Blowing Rock, North Carolina using Batiste, French Lace, English Lace, and Swiss Embroideries.
